“Used this service when my 85 year old Mom broke her pelvis and was ready to go home from rehab. The service was outstanding and all the caregivers were wonderful. Only downside was that because my mother is very independant and we hired based on short notice she had multiple care givers and having so many we just had to write it all down for her. After my Aunt contracted pneumonia, she became so weak that she needed Hospice Care and 24-hour care. I flew out from Ontario, Canada to help sort out my Aunt’s medical/personal needs.  While there, a friend of my Aunt’s gave me Kellie Guinto’s name as a person to contact to help with finding caregivers. 

Though my Aunt was physically diminished, she was still fully cognizant of her surroundings and was able to communicate beautifully with others.  As a result, she was able to enjoy getting to know all of her caregivers and hearing their life stories.  My Aunt told me that she felt enriched by meeting these women and she was very grateful for the care she received from them.  

Administratively, I was impressed with the three on-line systems that Kellie established that helped me to keep track of things from afar. These systems were a scheduling program, care notes and a timesheet/pay schedule.  I was able to know who was with my Aunt at any given time, could read the caregiver’s notes about how my Aunt was faring, and knew what to pay each caregiver based upon the hours they had worked.  Having all this information readily available made it much easier for me to help administer my Aunt’s care while living far away.

Kellie administered the program in a very professional way and always kept me abreast of any issues that needed to be addressed. I want to impress too that Kellie is a very compassionate person, as are all of the other caregivers who work on her team. Kellie wanted the best for my Aunt as well as for the others in our family. She and her staff treated us all with respect and concern and worked to suit our needs to the best of their ability.
